We are already working with ancillary medical disciplines, such as Dietitians, Social Workers, Doctors, Speech Therapists, Epidemiologists, Medical Data Science, BioMedical Engineers and the list goes on....  

Jan runs our Nurse Recruitment Practice and will be expanding our Medical Recruitment practice into other skillsets assisted by our other Recruiters whom have experience in particular areas.

Jan spent many years as a registered community nurse and an enrolled nurse in public and private hospitals.

After some years running multiple business Jan worked on a range of temp roles with a nursing agency – this gave her a good insight into nursing with communities, rest homes, retirement villages, mental health and public hospitals.

She supported two General Managers and Portfolio Managers across the entire District Health Board Planning and Funding and Corporate Services Depts.  Her role as Acting PA to the GM Maori Health Planning and key support person for the team saw her working at local DHB level to GM Regional level monitoring contracts reporting from Western and Eastern BOP, through to working with Ministry of Health, subcontractors and working on specific project such as Healthy Eating Action, Document Management, through to early pandemic planning at the time of swine flu.

Jan’s varied business background, her experience looking after people from many countries and her care for people that stem from her origins in nursing and her experience of different facets of healthcare gives her strong skills to run the nursing and medical recruitment projects that both Candidates and Clients will benefit from.
